I am a Masterson Method® practitioner specializing in gentle, interactive bodywork that helps horses release tension, restore balance, and move with greater comfort and confidence. Using light touch and subtle movement, I work with the horse’s nervous system—allowing the horse to guide the session and communicate what their body needs. My work focuses on improving posture, range of motion, and overall body awareness while supporting both performance and emotional well-being. Each session is customized to the individual horse, honoring their history, workload, and personality. My goal is to help horses feel better in their bodies so they can show up more willing, relaxed, and connected with their people.
