The Horse Concierge ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information within The Horse Concierge mobile application (the "App") and related services available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

All data is securely stored in Google Firebase, which follows industry-standard security practices. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information; however, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they provide.

4. User Accounts

• Users may create accounts for authentication and Marketplace use.
  
  

• Accounts store basic personal details (name, email, phone number) necessary to support listings and secure access.
  
  

• Regional administrators ("Ambassadors") may be granted access to moderation and internal tools. Access is controlled and monitored.
  
  

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage, and analytics.
