Born from the barn.
Built for real life.

A third-generation
horsewoman who
saw the gap.

Lacey Gotshall didn't build The Horse Concierge because she saw a market opportunity. She built it because she lived the problem β€” the scattered notebooks, the old text threads trying to find the farrier's last notes, the phone calls between vet and owner playing telephone about a horse's history.

As a third-generation horsewoman, Lacey understood what horse people actually needed: not another generic health tracker dressed up with a horse emoji, but something built for the texture of real barn life. Something that understood the rhythm of farrier cycles, the urgency of a vet call, the way a horse's history travels with them from barn to barn.

So she built it. From the ground up. With input from the people who would use it β€” farriers, vets, trainers, and the owners who juggle them all. Every feature in the app was earned through real experience, not a focus group.

"Every gap in the app wasn't a feature request. It was something I had personally lived and needed solved."

Third Generation

Horses aren't a hobby for Lacey β€” they're a heritage. Three generations of horsemanship shaped every design decision.
