Can I upload my horse’s Coggins and veterinary documents?
Yes. You can upload your horse’s Coggins, veterinary records, registration papers and other documents and photos to that horse’s profile in the app, so they stay with the horse they belong to. You can also type or dictate prior history, and AI helps organize that information into care records rather than leaving you to rebuild years of history by hand.
Can I keep farrier and hoof records in the app?
Yes. You can record farrier visits and see time since the last farrier visit, add your farrier to the horse’s care team, and upload hoof photos under Hoof Health so you can follow changes in the hoof over time. Farrier appointments and notes stay in the same care history as the rest of the horse’s record. If you still need a farrier, you can search the provider directory by ZIP code.
Can I track my horse’s feed and supplements?
Yes, and it goes further than a simple feed note. The Horse Concierge includes a Digital Feed Room where you add the feeds, hay and supplements you actually keep on hand, then assign them to individual horses with the amounts each horse receives. Feed changes and supplement entries are recorded over time, so you can see when a diet changed and what it changed to.
The app also includes hay and feed cost review, so you can understand what your feeding program actually costs. Supplements and medications are tracked alongside the horse’s other health and care records.
Can I add horse records using my voice?
Yes. The Horse Concierge includes Voice Updates, which let you speak instead of typing to create horse notes, care updates, training logs and observations. Voice Updates exist so you can capture information while it is fresh in the barn, rather than waiting until you have time to sit down and type it later.
Can I share my horse’s records with my veterinarian or farrier?
Yes. You can build a care team for each horse by connecting the veterinarians, farriers, trainers, equine dentists, bodyworkers, boarding facilities and other professionals you use — including providers who are not already in the directory. You can also generate Professional Summaries, which are shareable horse summaries that help your care team understand your horse’s history and recent care before an appointment.
Equine professionals can list their services free and connect with the owners they already work with.
