Meet Your Ambassador - Ryan Wensel

Ryan is a well‑known horseman with decades of experience in the equine industry. After serving in the Army, he built his life around horses—running a successful boarding and training operation that offered lessons, clinics, and horse shows.

In 2005, Ryan shifted his focus to farriery, where he’s spent years honing his craft and working alongside top veterinarians to keep horses sound and performing their best. His background gives him a unique perspective that spans from everyday horse care to advanced performance and rehab cases.

Ryan is deeply connected in Central NC in addition to spanning from SC to the PA as a farrier in the horse community, trusted by riders, trainers, and vets across multiple disciplines. His passion for horses and genuine nature make him a perfect fit to represent The Horse Concierge in this region.
